Neri is an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Most recently, Neri was a senior partner at EY and served as the Accounting, Reporting and Governance Leader for the Americas. He advised many Fortune 500 companies on financial reporting, strategic transactions, risk management, corporate reporting and investor communications. Prior to EY, Neri was at Standard & Poor’s where he served as the firm's Chief Risk Officer and Chief Quality Officer after serving as Chief Accountant, a role in which he led the firm’s financial reporting and governance research globally. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Stern School of Business.
Neri has deep corporate governance and reporting expertise, serving as a member and advisor to boards, audit, finance and risk committees. He has also served in prominent advisory roles to global accounting standard-setting boards and regulators, such as the chair of the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s (FASB) Investors Advisory Committee, a member of the FASB's Advisory Council (FASAC), the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s (PCAOB) Standing Advisory Group, the Accounting Standards Executive Committee of the AICPA, and as a member of the International Accounting Standards Board’s (IASB) Advisory Committee and of the IASB's Capital Markets Advisory Committee. He is a recognized thought leader, author and speaker on topics including corporate reporting, investor communications, regulatory changes, financial analysis, ESG, human capital, credit ratings and risk.
Neri has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business, a Master’s in Taxation from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and has completed the Columbia University Business School’s Executive Management Program. Neri is a CPA and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
Neri is deeply committed to advancing economic development and building long-term value. He is a trustee of the Committee for Economic Development and a board chairman of the Rwanda Farmers Coffee Company.
Marc Siegel is a seasoned expert with a distinguished career in accounting and sustainability. He is a former member of both the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) and the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). Additionally, Marc led Corporate Reporting Thought Leadership as a partner at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
At the FASB and the SASB, Marc played a crucial role in developing and issuing critical accounting and sustainability reporting standards. Previously Marc served as Director of Research at a boutique equity research firm providing investors with information they require to make informed investment decisions.
Marc has a deep understanding of complex business issues and a commitment to enhancing the quality and transparency of corporate reporting. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including accounting standards, corporate governance, and sustainability. His experiences bring a unique perspective about how companies can effectively communicate their strategic vision for value creation to investors and other stakeholders.

Samantha (Sam) Ross is the Founder of AssuranceMark, the Investors Consortium for Assurance, which she established to promote investors’ interest in high-quality, reliable reporting and assurance on material disclosures beyond the financial statements. She is also an Affiliated Scholar at UC San Francisco Law School and serves on the board of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, North America as well as the Sustainability Reference Group of the International Ethics Standards Board for Accountants.
Samantha is a frequent speaker at conferences on capital markets, corporate governance, corporate reporting, sustainability reporting, securities regulation, investor protection, and other topics. She has published articles, reports and letters on these topics, including in Pensions & Investments, Barron’s, the Financial Times, and the Review of Accounting Studies, as well as papers on topics related to capital markets, corporate governance, corporate reporting, and sustainable business, among others. She has also testified before the U.S. House Financial Services Committee’s Subcommittee on Investor Protection, Entrepreneurship, and Capital Markets, most recently on “Taking Stock of ‘China, Inc.’: Examining Risks to Investors and the U.S. Posed by Foreign Issuers in U.S. Market.” She has also been a visiting lecturer at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business.
Previously, she was one of the founding staff of the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and helped build it from the ground up for its first 15 years. She contributed to building the world’s largest and most respected audit oversight institution and achieving long-term positive change to make audits more transparent and relevant to capital market needs.
Prior to the PCAOB, she worked at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, as special counsel to the chief accountant of the Division of Enforcement, where she helped implement the SEC’s financial reporting priorities as well as Enron-era reforms, including the Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002.
Before the SEC, she practiced law at a private law firm and was a law clerk in the U.S. district court for the Southern District of New York.
Gregg is a recognized leader in accounting, financial reporting and financial management with over 40 years of experience. He held numerous executive positions at IBM, including IBM Chief Accountant and group and division CFO positions.
As Chief Accountant, he oversaw IBM’s accounting and financial reporting operations worldwide, including accounting policies, SEC filings, statutory reporting, acquisitions and divestitures and controls. He managed a global organization of approximately 2,000 employees implementing key initiatives, including shared services efficiency and control improvements, the adoption of major accounting standards and the digital transformation of the organization to embed robotics, AI and other IT-driven tools.
Gregg has extensive M&A experience, including overseeing the accounting and reporting integration of IBM’s $30B Red Hat transaction and the creation of a new public entity, IBM Credit LLC. Gregg frequently provided financial reporting insights to senior management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Previously, Gregg held numerous executive positions in IBM’s hardware, software and services businesses. He was VP and CFO of IBM’s Technology Group, a $5B global segment with $6B in assets and a $1B annual capital budget, and VP and CFO of IBM’s Microelectronics business. He also served as Controller of IBM’s Research Division and VP of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting.
Gregg served as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Advisory Council (FASAC), the FASB Revenue Transition Group and the International Accounting Standards Board’s Global Preparer’s Forum, as well as the Financial Executives International’s Committee on Corporate Reporting. He has also served as guest lecturer at Silberman College of Business of Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Gregg received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a masters’ degree in corporate finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is a Certified Management Accountant and a member of the Institute of Management Accounting.
